With CrossFit prominently featured in our name, you might think that that is all we do! But if you did, you'd be wrong!
In our 11 years of operation we have grown from a gym that only had one item on it's menu to one that now has many!
From CrossFit to personal training, nutrition coaching, remote coaching and personalized programming, and lastly team and small group training, we have a lot to offer!
Let's dive a little more into each service. Specifically what it is and how it works!
Let's start CrossFit classes. Since we first opened in a garage in Ilderton, Ontario CrossFit has been our main focus. We, as owners and coaches, fell in love with the CrossFit methodology and the effects it had on our physical and mental well-being. A blend of bodyweight movements, free weights and cardio exercises we haven't found anything as fun and efficient in getting people fit. CrossFit is also scalable to any and every fitness level so it works just as well for the beginner as it does for the expert. At All Level we run our CrossFit classes in 60 min blocks with each session run by a coach from start to finish. The coach will explain the workout (WOD or Workout of the Day in CrossFit lingo), put the class through a general warm up, teach and revisit the movements we will use in the workout, hit some strength or skill work and then get to the workout. The coach will be there for the whole process, teaching, monitoring technique, keeping people safe, motivating and inspiring them. Afterwards we will do a quick cool down, talk about the workout, slap a few high fives and be on your merry little way!
Next up, for those who need a more tailored approach and flexibility in their schedule, we have personal training. Our one on one personal training sessions are offered in 30 min or 60 min blocks and can be booked around your busy schedule. A coach will work with you to design a program to specifically meet your training needs. Looking to get in shape for a wedding? Pass a fitness test? PR your 5k? Put on some muscle and lose some fat!? The foundation of any successful health and wellness program is always going to be nutrition. The old adage, "you can't out train a bad diet" is for real and we want to show you that you can reach your goals and still live a little! Our coaches don't use a one size fits all program. We figure out what will work with your personality type and environment so we can set you up for maximal success! Are you type A and very organized? Counting macros could be a good fit. Do you work better with an "eat this, not that" framework? Whole foods might be a great choice. Do you want to do a little of both? A protein first approach could fit the bill. The point is, we will find the approach for you that will help you develop the nutritional habits that you can implement for life!
Do you live outside of Windsor or are you someone that travels a lot? Or even someone that is comfortable in the gym but really wants to take their performance to the next level? Remote coaching and/or personalized programming could help! We can set up a consult (remote or in person) and tailor a program to the equipment you have on hand and the goal(s) you want to reach. With weekly check ins, video analysis, and more, we can help you whether you are local or live 1000km away! All you need is an internet connection and our private coaching app and we can get you where you want to go!
