Based on the CrossFit methodology of Constantly Varied Functional Movements performed at High Intensity, our Team Training will push your team's athleticism to new heights, giving you a distinctive edge on the ice, the field, the pool or the court.
At All Level we know that our first priority is to ensure that each athlete who works with us receives the coaching, care and training they deserve. We pride ourselves on having the best coaches around. Each coach holds multiple certifications, CPR/AED training and has competitive experience at the highest levels.
We make sure that our training is effective and enjoyable, ensuring optimal results. Combining full body functional movements (squats, deadlifts & presses) with running, rowing, biking and bodyweight training, we will make sure that you are ready for whatever your sport throws at you.
We can customize the length and duration of our sessions to fit your team's budget.
Knowing that working out is only part of the equation, we also offer nutritional and mindset seminars and/or counselling if a team or individual really wants to dial in their performance.
