Healthy Habits Challenge!

WHEN: Oct 4th to Nov. 8th 2021

WHAT: Welcome to the Healthy Habits Challenge! Over the course of six weeks, you can build sustainable habits to improve your health and fitness for life. Health is multi-dimensional, and it is important to take into account all of the contributing factors when making behaviour changes. So, we are going to work to adjust 4 key factors of health.

**Nutrition

**Hydration

**Stress relief

**Sleep.

This challenge is built to improve your nutrition in a non-restrictive manner. Meaning you don't have to eliminate foods from your diet. You like cream in your coffee? GREAT! You can have it! The other factors will be implemented in a sensible and sustainable way.

HOW: Participants will track the four factors of health using an easy to use app. Points will be given or taken away based on compliance with targets set in accordance with the goals of each user. The four factors will be tracked daily and there will also be weekly challenges to keep everyone engaged.

WHERE: Anywhere you have a mobile device and a data connection. The Healthy Habits Challenge can be completed from anywhere...even the moon (this has not been tested).

WHO: The Healthy Habits Challenge is open to anyone and everyone. You do not have to be a member of All Level or even of a gym. This challenge is designed to make tangible and lasting changes by only controlling the four factors above. Adding in exercise is a bonus and great for you, but isn't required!!
