What: 5 week nutrition challenge where you will be asked to track your macros (what you eat in a day) and stick to a whole food diet.
When: May 24-June 21st.
Who: For anyone that wants to dial in their nutrition and see some amazing results!
How: The challenge will be run by Coach Zach through the Nudge app and will have support through check ins, private Facebook group and weekly Zoom calls.
Where: we will have a kick off event at All Level CrossFit to do a weigh in and measurements as well as a baseline workout which we will repeat at the end of the challenge.
