In the 6 weeks of the program, Jaleesa will be covering the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch and how to “clean up” your technique (and you may even PR both lifts)!
April 2-May 7 (6 weeks) - mostly Saturdays
- 1st and last Saturday 1.5 hr classes
- 1 hour classes for other 4 weeks 10:00-11:00am
SAT April 2 - 1.5 hr Kick Off Seminar (1:30pm-3:00pm)
SAT 9th - 10-11am, 1 hr
FRI 15 - 1 hr, time TBA good friday
SAT 23rd - 10-11am, 1 hr
SUN 30th - 1 hr time TBA - - (same weekend as JD Classic)
SAT May 7 - 1.5 Closing Seminar (1:30-3:00pm)
