CROSSFIT JUNIORS & TEENS🏋️
Our Autumn Session is coming to an end this week… which means the Winter Session is right around the corner!
Our CrossFit Juniors and Teens classes are founded on a strength and conditioning program designed for athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to teach proper movement, increase overall fitness, improve performance and HAVE FUN! (and to develop a love for the sport of CrossFit)!
Our 8 week CrossFit Juniors and CrossFit Teens program will start back up on the week of November 22nd.
Parents have the option to sign their juniors or teens up for 1 or 2 classes per week.
🔹Juniors (9-12): Monday & Wednesday at 6:30pm
🔸Teens (13-16): Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm
Cost: $159.00 for 1 class per week and $299.00 for 2 classes per week
