Daily themed workouts include skills challenges, and obstacle courses where they will push, pull, run, throw, lift, climb and jump. Kids gain improved fitness, coordination and confidence.
Your kids are in good hands! They will be trained by certified CrossFit Kids certified coaches. Being CrossFit Kids certified means receiving specialized education and passing an independent background check.
