CrossFit is our core functional strength and conditioning program which we scale to every fitness ability. Classes run approximately 1 hour. You will be coached through a warm-up, mobility, skill and/or strength work-out, the WOD (“Work Out of the Day”) and a cool down.

We require that all members first complete the Foundations program, which is included in your first month’s fee. More details below.

Small Group Foundations

Starting CrossFit may seem intimidating but we promise you we’ll help you get started no matter what your current fitness level is. Before you begin regular CrossFit classes you will complete 4 one-on-one small group training classes (check schedule for availability). Each of these introductory 1 hour classes are instructed by one of our expert coaches.

With individualized coaching, you will gain an in-depth understanding of CrossFit. It will set you up for unparalleled physical and mental success both in CrossFit and life! You will then be coached through an extensive and informative beginner’s CrossFit course to ensure a smooth transition into our All Level community and regular classes.

Instruction is technical, focusing on mobility, mechanics and constantly varied, functional movement. With CrossFit, you will see improvements in strength, stamina and cardiovascular/respiratory endurance!​

One-on-One Foundations

Have a crazy schedule and can’t find time for our regular group Foundations classes? Prefer one-one-one instruction? Or do you just want to get started asap! No problem! We have a one-on-one Foundations option just for you! Included are 4 one-on-one classes scheduled at your convenience. You tell us when you want to train and we’ll make it happen!
